TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Questo parco é conosciuto per la forte presenza di grandi gruppi di elefanti, rarissimo che un elefante habbia un parto gemellare, qui è successo. Durante la stagione secca in questo parco migrano gruppi anche di 100 elefanti alla ricerca di acqua. Tarangire famoso anche per gli enormi baobab che raggiungono anche altezze di 30 m. e accertato che nel parco si trovi il più antico baobab stimato1.000 anni. Ci sono 400 specie di uccelli, facile da incontrare, Tarangire è il secondo più importante habitat di animali dopo il Serengeti.
