Today I was walking along the Chennai promenade when these guys invited me for a sweet treat, it was the birthday of one of them, their party was a box with sweets and a drink on the beach, I have to say that these people moved me he has nothing or the little they have given you with his heart, I will miss this hospitable India. My itineraries deviate from the tourist routes, so I met so many people, traveling by train, on the road, on buses, in small hotels, in the shacks on the street for a quick lunch, being in their midst I always felt like a guest respected, intrigued by a foreigner in their midst and also surprised, how many times they asked me where I come from, how I travel alone, if I like India as if they were worried that I didn't like this country of a thousand contrasts, and each time I reassured them, I replied that this country is fantastic and its people even more so. I report what Terzani said about India "Those who love India know: we don't know exactly why we love it; it's dirty, it's poor, it's infected, sometimes it's a thief and a liar, often smelly, corrupt, merciless and indifferent yet once encountered one cannot do without it, one suffers from being away from it. But that is love: instinctive, employable, selfless.
